Roman Reigns Launches YouTube Channel Ahead of Street

Roman Reigns has expanded his media empire, launching his own official YouTube channel just days before a scheduled return to WWE RAW. The move comes as the World Heavyweight Champion prepares for the release of his first major film role.

The channel, @OTC_JoeAnoai, opened with two distinct videos. The first features highlights from Reigns' successful World Heavyweight Championship defense against Penta in Mexico City on September 14, 2026. The match ended with Reigns' signature combination of a Superman Punch and a Spear to retain the title.

The second video sees Reigns speaking directly to aspiring wrestlers. He stresses the importance of finishing education before pursuing a wrestling career. Reigns also emphasized the need for new talent to sustain the industry's future.

Reigns is set to appear as the iconic villain Akuma in the live-action 'Street Fighter' movie, which premieres next month. He told Men's Health that his existing physique was a good match for the character's bodybuilder look, but the role demanded new physical skills.

He underwent extensive martial arts training, focusing on footwork, isometric holds, and body control he compared to a ballerina's. "There were a lot of parallels for me to be able to transition," Reigns said, noting his wrestling background helped bridge the gap to the film's fight choreography.

At 41, Reigns believes he is physically in his prime. In a wide-ranging interview, he detailed the discipline behind his diet and workout regimen, admitting that staying on track is a constant challenge. "I think I'm in my prime physically," Reigns stated, acknowledging the common struggle with body image.

His philosophy is to treat fitness as a marathon, not a sprint. He pushes himself to improve continuously, even if a short-term goal isn't perfectly met.

Reigns also commented on the physical evolution of his cousin, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, and fellow WWE legend John Cena for their Hollywood careers. He noted Cena shifted his focus to mobility and pliability, especially after time spent in China.

Reigns sees himself as having a closer training mindset to The Rock, whom he described as "huge" even in a leaned-out state. "We're chasing that pump. We're trying to create hypertrophy," Reigns said, expressing hope to reach a similar career stage where such an evolution becomes necessary.

The wrestling community, including tributes referenced in coverage involving Reigns, mourned the passing of PAC (Benjamin Satterly) on September 27, 2026. The high-flying star had wrestled for AEW just one day prior. Promotions across the industry held memorials, with AEW dedicating its September 30 Dynamite episode to his memory.
