Rodrygo, 25, missed Real Madrid’s final La Liga fixtures and Champions League run-in with a hamstring strain picked up in April. The club’s medical staff have now confirmed he is progressing well under a structured rehabilitation program, though no return date has been set.

A clean bill of health would let Rodrygo rejoin Vinícius Júnior and Jude Bellingham in attack for pre-season training in August. His absence cost him minutes in a tight title race and a deep Champions League run, where Madrid fell to Inter Milan in the quarter-finals on 9 April.
