Lance Franklin has scored his 1,058th career goal in his 350th AFL game, moving into outright fourth spot on the list of VFL/AFL goalkickers.

The Sydney star lined up for the Swans against St Kilda on Thursday night and kicked his first goal of the game in the second term. The goal took Franklin past former Geelong and North Melbourne full-forward Doug Wade.
