Kaká Drives Milan to Champions League Victory

Kaká drives AC Milan to victory after a spectacular season, increasing his drive to inspire the team to another triumph.

What motivates Kaká?

Kaká told uefa.com that the team's motivation comes from the fact that no team has taken the trophy two years running since the European Champion Clubs' Cup was revamped in 1992/93. The Brazilian midfielder believes that Milan is ready and willing to win the competition again and do something that nobody has done before.

Celtic test

Kaká warmed up for the new European season with a goal in the emotional UEFA Super Cup defeat of Sevilla FC on August 31, 2007. Milan welcomes fellow former continental champions SL Benfica on Matchday 1, with Shakhtar Donetsk FC and Celtic FC to come.
